I hope you all had a terrific 4th of July and got to hear some patriotic music somewhere. We spent the afternoon of the 4th out in Fontana with my son, daughter-in-law and the girls where Eric B-B-Q'd some finger-licking ribs! Yum. Tilly is 7 months old but still a momma's girl so Grandma didn't get to hold her. Phooey! She's got 2 teeth now and is starting to pull herself up now so it may not be long before she is walking!
Then it was off to the Rose Bowl for Americafest where we were entertained by the country's top Drum and Bugle Corps and then a spectacular firework show. Absolutely unbelievable!
And then Monday (as you know I played hooky from the shop) we had my parents and my daughter and her boyfriend over and of course, my new grandson who loves for Grandma to hold him and feed him. He's growing quickly and is just as wonderful as ever! Hopefully I'll get to babysit him at the shop soon!
